More Than BBQ: A Journey of Faith, Family & Community

Jimmy’s Pit Stop BBQ began with a simple love for smoking meat. What started as a passion for creating smoked meats, quickly became something much bigger. We started with friends and family who encouraged us to start selling, next we found ourselves taking that passion on the road with our food truck.

But somewhere along the way, we realized this wasn't just about BBQ.

Our food truck has given us the opportunity to meet so many amazing people and become part of some incredible communities. We've served at festivals, community events, churches, fundraisers, and gatherings of all kinds. We've also had the privilege of giving back through free community meals and partnering with churches and organizations to serve people who may simply need a hot meal and a reminder that someone cares.

Those moments have become some of the most meaningful parts of our journey.

We believe food has a way of bringing people together. There is something special about sitting at a table, sharing a meal, talking, laughing, and making memories. We believe God has given us the opportunity to use something as simple as food to open doors, build relationships, and serve others.

What began as a food truck has now led us to the next chapter of our journey, opening a restaurant.

Our hope is that the restaurant will become more than a place to grab a plate of BBQ. We want it to be a place where families can gather, friends can meet, neighbors can connect, and our community can come together.

And just like the food truck, we want our restaurant to be a place where we can continue to give back.

We know we didn't get here by ourselves. God has opened doors we never could have opened on our own, and there have been countless people along the way who have supported, encouraged, prayed for, and believed in us.

So as we step into this new chapter, our mission remains the same:

Honor God, Love our family and Serve our Community.
